In 2016, Atlanta-based Aaron’s, Inc. launched a pilot leadership development program called Aaron’s Future Leaders Program. The intent was to recognize and invest in high-potential leaders, with a focus on strengthening competency, capability, and confidence as they prepared to move to the next level.
Define Consulting was contracted as the lead consulting firm for the Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s pre-opening training initiative. This was a 15-month endeavor and involved training more than 7,000 leaders, supervisors, and team members. Post-opening sustainability was a project requirement.
